Jeremy gets the carpet cleaned beautifully, cheerfully moves whatever furniture we can’t and leaves the carpet very close to dry so we dont have long to wait to use the area. Plus he likes dogs!

I have been meaning to write and compliment Enviroclean of Illinois, Inc.
First of all, when I initially called to set up the cleaning appointment I spoke with Kathy who was not only very friendly, but very thorough in explaining cost estimate.
Secondly, the technician- Jeremy- who came to our home was not only very professional but also did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpeting. It has been over four years since our carpets had been cleaned. He was able to make the carpeting appear new again.
Thirdly, the fact that even though I was quoted a specific price, we actually paid a lesser amount because of the budget rate.That consideration was very much appreciated.
All in all, I was more than staisfied with the personnel that I came into contact with, the job that was done and the customer service I received. Thank you very much.
